Title: Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC) for the design and construction of drainage improvements within City right-of-way on a portion of Southern Avenue located west of Hawes Road and east of 80th Street under FCDMC’s Small Project Assistant Program (SPAP).
