Title: Dollar-Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Plumbing Services for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities (PRCF) Department (Citywide) This contract provides a non-exclusive, pre-qualified plumbing contractors list to perform plumbing services on various City facilities/projects on an as-needed basis. PRCF recently bid a project for the Mesa City Plaza plumbing replacement, however with large plumbing projects at the Washington Activity Center, plus their day-to-day expenses, the project cost will exceed the current contract’s current threshold. The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend increasing the dollar-limit with Mesa Energy Systems Inc., RKS Plumbing and Mechanical Inc., Sun Mechanical Inc., and W.D. Manor Mechanical Contractors, Inc., by $300,000 for Year 4, from $200,000 to $500,000; with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
