Use of a Cooperative Contract for Sports Referee Services for the Parks and Recreation Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide referees and officials for various adult and youth sports programs.
The Parks and Recreation Department and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the purchase using the City of Tempe cooperative contract with Spiker Sports at $150,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
