Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Landscaping and Decorative Rock Materials for various City Departments (as requested by the Transportation Department) (Citywide) This contract will provide landscaping and decorative rock materials for the Transportation, Energy Resources, Water Resources, and Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities departments. (a Mesa business) at $1,902,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
