Title: An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 7 (Fire Regulations) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2024 International Fire Code and its appendices B, C, E, F, I, L, N, and O and Amendments to the 2024 International Fire Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: in Chapter 1 (Fire Prevention Standards), amending Section 7-1-1 (Assuming Jurisdiction of Fire Prevention Standards) to update a statutory citation; in Chapter 2 (Fire Code), repealing in its entirety Section 7-2-1 (Adopted by Reference) and replacing it with a new Section 7-2-1; in Chapter 2 (Fire Code), repealing in its entirety Section 7-2-2 (Amendments to the 2024 International Fire Code) and replacing it with a new Section 7-2-2; in Chapter 2 (Fire Code), repealing in its entirety Section 7-2-3 and replacing it with a new Section 7-2-3 (Penalty Clause); in Chapter 2 (Fire Code), adopting a new Section 7-2-4 (Digital/Electronic Drawing File Submissions); in Chapter 3 (Fire Calls Outside City Limits),...
