Title: Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Grant Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the reconstruction of the Higley Ramp West at Falcon Field Airport.  The total estimated cost for this project is $3,320,343.  Should federal funding become available, the estimated amount is $2.8 million.  Airport Enterprise funds will be used for the remaining project costs, estimated at $520,343.
