Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Seven-Year Renewal Options for Sewer, Manhole, Siphon Cleaning, Video and Repair Services for the Water Resources Department (Citywide) The City requires contracted services with technical capabilities and expertise for sewer system maintenance and inspection. A committee representing the Water Resources Department and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest-scored responsive, and responsible proposals from B&F Contracting; Duke’s Root Control, Inc.; Insituform Technologies; LLC; Pro Pipe Inc; and Safe Site Utility Services of Arizona, LLC at $2,000,000 annually with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
