One-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Video Laryngoscopes for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide video laryngoscopes, a new medical device for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department.
The Mesa Fire and Medical Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder, Teleflex LLC, at $44,350 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index. This purchase is funded by Public Safety Sales Tax.
