Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Perennial Ryegrass Seed for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide perennial ryegrass seed for planting during the fall and winter months at select City facilities for aesthetically pleasing turf year-round.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Ewing Irrigation Products, at $65,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
