An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 7 (Mesa Fuel Gas Code) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2024 International Fuel Gas Code and its appendices A and B and Amendments to the 2024 International Fuel Gas Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: repealing in its entirety Section 4-7-1 and replacing it with a new Section 4-7-1 (Adopted by Reference); replacing Section 4-7-2 with a new Section 4-7-2 (Amendments to the 2024 International Fuel Gas Code); and renumbering the Penalty Clause as Section 4-7-3.
