Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Helicopter Pilot Training Services for the Mesa Police Department (Single Response) (Citywide)
This contract will provide helicopter pilot training services for initial pilot certification and additional ratings for existing pilots. The Mesa Police Department’s Air Support Unit provides critical airborne law enforcement services, including patrol support, and depends on a team of qualified pilots to maintain operational readiness. Training will be conducted by a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) commercially certified regional flight school, providing high-quality instruction while maximizing program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
