Seven-Month Term Contract with Three Years of Renewal Options for Playground, Splash Pad, Outdoor Fitness, and Related Equipment for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide playground components, equipment and hardware, for the maintenance and repair of existing proprietary playgrounds currently installed in multiple City parks.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the Mohave cooperative contract with Exerplay Inc., at $150,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
