Title: Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County for the Baseline and Signal Butte Roads Drainage Project.  The County will fund seventy-five percent of the project design and construction costs incurred for up to a maximum contribution of $500,000.  The City will be responsible for funding the remainder of the cost. (Districts 5 and 6)
