The Water Resources Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding Primary and Secondary contracts to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders, Charlie Pepper/Salt Works (a Mesa business), EWT Holdings III Corp. dba Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC., Brenntag Pacific, Inc., Univar Solutions USA, LLC., and PVS DX, Inc. at $1,210,00.00, annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
