Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Landscape Maintenance Services for Aquatic Facilities for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide landscape maintenance services for City aquatic facilities located at junior high schools and high schools. Facilities include Brimhall, Carson, Fremont, Kino, Shepherd, and Stapley Jr. High Schools; and Mesa and Skyline High Schools.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal from Agave Environmental Contracting, at $60,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
