Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC) for the design and construction of drainage improvements within City right-of-way on a portion of Baseline Road located east of Signal Butte Road and west of Meridian Road under FCDMC’s Small Project Assistant Program (SPAP), to extend the project completion date and update the estimated project costs. The estimated total fiscal impact of this IGA is $1,040,901, and 75% of this estimated total, up to $500,000 is eligible for reimbursement through SPAP, meaning the estimated fiscal impact on the City is $540,901.
