Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for LED Streetlight Fixtures for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide high-quality LED streetlight fixtures that deliver optimal lighting efficiency, durability, and reliability. The LED streetlight fixtures will be used for the LED streetlight conversion project and for the replacement of failed streetlights.
The Transportation Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Consolidated Electrical Distributors dba Arizona Electric Supply (a Mesa business) at $615,200, annually with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
