Calling a special bond election to submit to the qualified electors of the City of Mesa, in conjunction with the General Election to be held on November 8, 2022, the question of authorizing the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the City for the purposes of public safety, law enforcement, fire and medical services, and related communications systems and facilities, equipment, apparatuses and vehicles, and to acquire land and interests in land related thereto, and designating the manner in which the election is conducted, the translation of election materials, voter registration deadlines and early voting dates.
