The Planning and Zoning Board recommend adoption of the proposed Mesa Zoning Ordinance (MZO) Administrative Review text amendments with the condition that staff clarify the meaning of “Change of Use” as it pertains to Section 11-69-5 and related sections. The ordinance being introduced reflects modifications made by staff in response to the Board’s recommendations.
