This council agenda item approves the City of Mesa to issue a construction contract for the reconstruction of the West Vehicle Service Road at Falcon Field Airport.  This project is approved and has been awarded a construction grant by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
