The project scope for this GMP No. 2 includes the procurement and construction of critical electrical materials and other associated tasks. Additional GMP’s for the remaining construction will be presented to City Council at a later date. Staff recommends that awarding a construction services contract to the selected CMAR, Sundt Construction, Inc., in the amount of $614,681.04 (GMP No. 2), and authorizing a change order allowance in the amount of $61,468 (10%), for a total amount of $676,149.04.
