The scope of this portion of the project includes the development of the project design, reviewing the design for constructability, preparing cost estimates, and developing the project schedule and phasing plan. Staff recommends selecting Achen-Gardner as the CMAR for this project and awarding a pre-construction services contract in the amount of $108,750.
