The exterior has not been repainted and is in poor appearance with some areas fading and flaking. This contract will provide a qualified contractor to repaint the exterior walls at the MAC. The painting project will encompass repainting all of the stucco walls, metal railings, gates, doors and awnings, as well as color restoration and sealing.
