The contractor also renovates landscape areas designated for refurbishment. The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the renewal with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., a subsidiary of BrightView Landscapes, LLC, at $3,184,250 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
