This project will install nine (9) new cameras for enhanced security, install bollards at the back of each ramp to prevent unauthorized vehicular movement through these ramps, install concrete benches next to the existing ramps to encourage proper use of these ramps, and re-stake and replace trees as necessary to improve site aesthetics. Recommend award to the lowest bidder, AJP Electric, Inc., in the amount of $105,000.00, plus an additional $10,567.50 (10% allowance for change orders) for a total award of $116,242.50.
