Calling a special bond election to submit to the qualified electors of the City of Mesa, in conjunction with the General Election to be held on November 3, 2020, the question of authorizing the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the City for the purposes of streets, highways, bridges, street lights, traffic signals, communication infrastructure, pedestrian improvements, multi-use path and trail improvements, other vehicular and multi-modal transportation improvements, and acquire land and interests in land related thereto, and designating the manner in which the election is conducted, the translation of election materials, voter registration deadlines and early voting dates.
