Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years Renewal Options for Electrical Services for Utilities Infrastructure for the Water Resources Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide specified electrical services for utilities infrastructure to include replacement of electrical wire due to wire theft or corrosion, general electrical services, and electrical maintenance.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored proposal from Corbins Electric; and Swain Electric, Inc.; at $125,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
