Purchase for the Climbing Net (Replacement) for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Sole Source) (Citywide)
This purchase will provide a full replacement of the climbing tower net at Riverview Park, which has reached end-of-life. The feature has become a favorite play element of the popular park and the ropes cannot be sufficiently replaced in smaller sections.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase from the sole source vendor, Dynamo Industries, at $418,236.40, based on estimated requirements.
