One-Year Renewal with a One-Year Renewal Option to the Term Contract for Gas Masks and Canisters for the Police Department (Citywide)
This contract provides gas masks for the Police Department to replace those that have met the end of their service life, as a result of repeated use and/or exposure to the elements. It also provides for canisters as they reach their expiration date and need to be replaced.
The Police Department and Purchasing recommending authorizing the renewal with Mallory Safety & Supply LLC, at $100,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
