Title: Dollar-Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Original Equipment Manufacturer Heavy-Duty Truck Parts and Repairs for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide) This increase is needed because the manufacturer, DaDee Manufacturing, is no longer in business and the distributors/repair companies are no longer honoring DaDee warranties, thereby requiring Fleet Services to pay full repair costs when cylinders, control valves, etc., are sent out for repairs. Fleet Services estimates that an increase of $300,000 will be adequate for the repairs and parts needed through the end of the contract on 7/31/2020.
