Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for On-Site Refuse Truck Washing Services for the Environmental Management and Sustainability Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide monthly washing of City-owned refuse vehicles by a crew with a mobile washing unit. The vendor furnishes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain the overall cleanliness of the exterior of City vehicles and equipment covered by this contract.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored proposal from Ace Mobile Wash, Inc., at $52,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
