This contract provides pipe parts such as ells, elbows, nipples, caps, couplings, tees, and bushings that are stocked in the Warehouse. In an ongoing effort to put more items under contract, approximately 25 new line items have been added to the contract and the increase is needed for the increased contract usage.
The Business Services Department and Purchasing recommend increasing the dollar-limit with Dana Kepner Company, Inc.; Winsupply Inc., dba Thomas Pipe & Supply; and Four Peaks Fasteners Inc., dba FPF Industries, by $20,000, from $86,500 to $106,500 annually, for Years 2 and 3, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
