Amendment to the Term Contract for Cellular Phone Equipment, Wireless Voice and Data Service Plan for Citywide Departments (as requested by the Information Technology Department) (Citywide)
The State of Arizona has extended their contract through 6/30/2020 to work on a new contract. As such, the City needs to extend its contract through 6/30/2020. Information Technology is also requesting an additional six-month extension option, which would be subject to NASPO/State of Arizona and Administrative review and approval, to allow for any transition needed, related to the new contract.
The Information Technology Department and Purchasing recommend extending the contract through June 30, 2020 using NASPO/State of Arizona cooperative contracts with Verizon, and AT&T Mobility; and adding vendors Sprint, T-Mobile, and DiscountCell, at $2,145,000 annually, based on estimated usage.
