Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Employee Recognition and Service Awards for Citywide Departments as requested by the Human Resources Department (Citywide) This contract will provide employee recognition and service awards for benefited employees based on the anniversary of the employee hire date in five-year increments. The program will be an Internet-based system with a variety of gifts. An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored and lowest-cost proposal from MTM Recognition Corp., at $75,500 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
