This contract will provide 100% recyclable black lids used for commercial metal bin refuse containers throughout the City.
The Environmental Management and Sustainability Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Impact, at $27,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
