Seven-Month Term Contract with a One-Year Renewal Option for Bird Repellent Services for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide bird repellent services to City buildings. The City's previous contractor went out of business.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the Maricopa County cooperative contract with SouthWest Avian Solutions, LLC; and National Environmental Solutions, LLC; at $50,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
