Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Philips City Touch Streetlight Monitoring System (Additions) for the Transportation Department (Sole Source) (Citywide) The Philips City Touch system was originally installed for the dimming pilot study during the Streetlight Master Plan because of its ease of use and reliability. The contractor will supply Touch Nodes streetlight monitoring and dimming systems with a ten-year service plan and web application access and training. The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the sole source vendor, Arizona Electrical Distributors (a Mesa business), at $81,225 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index. This purchase is funded by the Local Streets Fund.
