Purchase of a Case Management System (Replacement) for the Police Department (Sole Source) (Citywide)
Kaseware is an investigative case management system that will provide operational support, store and search bulletins, conduct social media queries, and quickly and automatically link information. The system will provide enhanced technology, as well as provide a platform for the East Valley Gang and Criminal Information Fusion Center to evolve and grow.
The Police Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the sole source vendor, Kaseware, Inc., at $31,200 annually, based on estimated requirements. This purchase is funded by Fusion Center Shared Funds.
