Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Backstage Catering Services for the Arts and Culture and Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Departments (Citywide) This contract will establish a non-exclusive, pre-qualified list of catering firms to provide backstage catering/hospitality services for performers, stagehands, and other tour and production personnel for concerts and events that take place at Mesa Arts Center and Mesa Amphitheatre. An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the three, qualified and highest-scored proposals from Facility Concession Services Inc., dba Arizona Catering (a Mesa business); Heidi’s Events & Catering; and Straight to The Plate Catering (a Mesa business); at $115,000 annually, based on estimated usage. This purchase is funded by the Enterprise Fund - Convention Center and Arts and Culture Department - Mesa Arts Center operating budget.
