Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Aftermarket Parts for Automotive and Light-Duty Trucks (for the Fleet Services Department) (Citywide)
This contract will provide various aftermarket parts to support Mesa’s fleet of light-duty vehicles.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored respondents of each group: Parts Authority Arizona, LLC (a Mesa business); FleetPride, Inc. (a Mesa business); Parts Mart Inc.; and RWC International, dba RWC Group; at $360,250 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
