One-Year Renewal with a One-Year Renewal Option to the Term Contract for Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
This contract provides OEM repair/replacement parts including engine mounts, oil cooler hoses, intake gaskets, ABS modules, axle shafts, hood struts, trunk latches, intake manifolds, relays and oil drain plugs for the City’s Ford auto and light-duty truck fleet.
The Fleet Services Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the renewal with Berge Ford (a Mesa business), at $130,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
