Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for CCure Security and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Parts, Service and Licensing for Various City Departments as requested by the Police Department (Citywide)
This contract will be used by Police Department - Information Technology for upcoming CCure and CCTV projects. This contract will also be available to other City Departments for projects identified at their facilities.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored proposals from ADT Inc., dba MSE Corporate Security (Primary); and APL Access & Security, Inc. (Secondary); at $500,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
