10-Month Term Contract with Four Years of Renewal Options for Fire Extinguishers and Related Services for the Fire and Medical Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide for the purchase, inspection, testing, service and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers citywide.
The Fire and Medical Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the State of Arizona cooperative contract with Cintas Corporation, at $60,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
