Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Uniforms for the Fire and Medical Department (Citywide)
This contract provides Fire and Medical station/work uniforms (various shirts, hats, outerwear, pants, shorts, dress uniform items, etc.) worn by Fire personnel during their normal daily job duties. All services and supplies necessary to provide new garments including measuring, tailoring/alterations, screen printing, embroidering and returns/exchanges are included.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest-scored proposal from United Fire Equipment Company, at $425,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
