One-Year Renewal with a One-Year Renewal Option to the Term Contract for Fasteners Hardware and Electrical Supplies for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
This contract provides various supplies including fasteners, switches, nuts and bolts, related hardware and electrical supplies for general repairs, maintenance and repairs of City vehicles and equipment.
The Fleet Services Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the renewal with Sid Tool Company, Inc., dba Class C Solutions Group, at $75,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
