Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Indoor Sports Court Maintenance, Repairs and Resurfacing for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Single Response) (Citywide)
This contract will provide for the annual maintenance, repairs and occasional resurfacing of indoor hardwood court systems at the Broadway Recreation Center, Eagles Community Center, Red Mountain Multigenerational Center and the Mesa Senior Center.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the qualified, single proposal from Arizona Gym Floors, LLC, at $125,210 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
