Nine-Month Term Contract with Four Years of Renewal Options for Flooring Products and Services for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (PRCF) (Citywide)
The contract will provide for the installation, repair and replacement of various flooring systems throughout City facilities maintained by the PRCF Department - Facilities Maintenance.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the 1GPA cooperative contract with Continental Flooring Company, Diversified Flooring Services - Phoenix LLC, Resource Arizona LLC, and Wholesale Floors LLC, at $500,000 annually.
