Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Weed Management and Landscape Services at the Water Reclamation and Treatment Plants for the Water Resources Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide a qualified contractor to perform bare ground weed management, minor landscaping including tree and shrub trimming, blower cleaning of walkways, entrances, driveways and removal of debris, weeds and dead vegetation at the City’s water reclamation plants and water treatment plants.
The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, APEX Landscape Management LLC, at $61,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
