The proposed pressure regulator enhances the City’s ability to serve these potential developments Staff recommends awarding the contract for this project to the lowest, responsible bidder, Paul R. Peterson Construction, in the amount of $260,143, and authorize a change order allowance in the amount of $26,014.30 (10%), for a total award of $286,157.30. This project is funded by 2014 authorized Gas bonds.
