Purchase of Compound and Non-Mechanical Cold-Water Meters for the Water Resources Department (Citywide)
This purchase is for seven, non-fire rated mechanical and seven, non-fire rated ultra-sonic cold-water meters for use in the current Meter Vault Rehabilitation Project and the new Signal Butte Water Treatment Plant.
The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidders: Dana Kepner Company; and Fortiline Waterworks (a Mesa business); cumulatively not to exceed $56,500. This purchase is funded by the Utility Replacement Extension and Renewal Fund and authorized 2014 Water Bonds.
